Job Description

Job Title: System Integration Tester

Location: Hybrid Reston, VA or Washington, DC (3 days/week on-site) > Reston is ideal, but DC works

DURATION : 6 months +

Interview Process : 1 TEAMs interview, possibly a 2nd.

Candidate Criteria ( Must-Haves )

• 3+ years of experience in system integration testing or QA
• Experience with tools or similar tools like:
  • Selenium
  • Postman
  • SoapUI
  • Jira
  • TestRail
  • HP ALM
• Basic SQL proficiency ability to write and run queries for data validation
• Knowledge of data validation processes across complex integration layers
• Hands-on experience developing and executing integration test plans and test cases
• Experience performing end-to-end testing across multiple systems
• Familiarity with QA methodologies and SDLC
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications ( Nice-to-Haves ) These are not required, but candidates with one or more of the following will be prioritized:

• Basic Salesforce knowledge (e.g., understanding of objects, workflows, or reports)

Day to Day & Key Responsibilities:

• Build and execute integration test cases and end-to-end test plans
  
  
• Use SQL for querying backend data and validating test results
  
  
• Work closely with developers, analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and integration points
  
  
• Log, track, and manage defects in standard tools (e.g., JIRA, etc.)
  
  
• Participate in regression, integration, and functional testing cycles
  
  
• Document results, test data, and contribute to process improvement
