  • Reach out to and taking inbound calls from businesses, actively selling our diverse product range with enthusiasm and clarity.
  • Build rapport and foster trust with customers through effective communication.
  • Identify customer needs through consultation, ensuring you provide them with the best solutions that fit their requirements.
  • Collaborate with your team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a positive team environment.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless experience.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in sales or call center environment is a plus, but a strong willingness to learn is what we value the most!
  • Strong interpersonal skills to connect with customers and create a welcoming atmosphere over the phone.
